One of the first things I was told is that an HIV / AIDs diagnosis brings with it a rollercoaster of ups and downs so make sure you buckle up. I feel like I am reliving the beginning of the HIV epidemic back in the 80's. Lots of feelings from back then come to mind again. The lack of both the Reagan and Trump administration to ignore the science and growing numbers of cases and deaths, thus acting much too late.
