For the smokers...do you have trouble quitting smoking? What do you do when a craving hits

I've been trying the patches, Chantex, Hypnotherapy and acupuncture. Maybe the Bictarvy is driving me to smoke more. I heard that HIV works best when you smoke because it the virus gets asphyxiated by the smoke. I wonder if smoked sausage would do the same thing. OMG now I'm hungry.
Yes it is if you have the willpower

I've been doing a lot of research with different strand and different types. But here's the main question I have to ask.

She said this was her “favorite” because its a stimulant that helps with depression/anxiety as well as a smoking cessation. I'm currently taking it for depression and it's helping me but I don't smoke.

I vape THC. my devise does not entail burning. vaporizing THC and H2O is vape only
I mainly vape because my husband is bothered by smoke smell. He doesn’t mind my vaping. I don’t drink, or do other drugs, so my THC vape smooths lifes edges for me.
Helpful or harmful? I would like to know others opinion on it. Before my diagnosis I was a HEAVY weed & cigarette smoker but, once I got my diagnosis I quit cold turkey. I've cheated of course here and there but, a major difference than before my diagnosis. I was too paranoid that I would get some lung infection. I know cigarettes are a big absolute no-no. But I loves MJ lol. However, some articles I read online say not to smoke while HIV positive but, I've read medical marijuana helps a lot… read more
