.you got it.. she can include it with all your other blood work next time you go in. The only other thing that I know would increase those levels is if you have any home weights ....promoting muscle growth either through muscle milk or through lightweight does cause the body to produce testosterone. ❤️🌈💪💋😜

if you can not take vitamins then you need to eat more fruit and vegetables raw and you should tan to get natural vitamin D tanning is the only way to get it taking it orally is hard on your liver and kidneys remember NO burning so start out slow and work up to at least 5 mins 3 times a week. and tanning outdoors right now is not an option find a tanning salon that you feel good about and use their level 2 bed for a few mins at a time with a tanning lotion no spf

I take many vitamins, sorry that you can't handle vitamins. I also apply Testosterone gel on both my shoulders and what's left over from the packet, on my stomach area. For added vitamins, I drink a bOOST drink once or twice a day, mixed with milk and water and cinnamon powder. I still get daily periods of fatigue, but I've also had this virus in my blood for 32 years or more. Hang in there @A myHIVteam Member. Big hug sent to Virginia USA
