I started smoking at age 18. I have quit many times. I recently quit again. Before it was 4 1/2 years now only since April. I really had to. Some copd going on. My Anoro inhaler has helped. My primary care physician prescribed it to me. The four and a half years was because I had no choice. Since I quit I have gained some weight and have mixed feelings about the gain. I don't eat anymore then before and I am getting older so it's expected. I am at 170 but for most my adult life I weighed between 130 to 150. But yes you can quit but it is definitely difficult.

@A myHIVteam Member, I've heard if you keep smoking 🚬, your dick shrinks to⅒th of an inch, and you grow hair on your palms and your balls turn into overies.

I forgot to add in my answer that I used a stop smoking med that worked for me, beginning at one dosage and decreasing week to week.Unfortunately I don't remember it's name but there would have been no way I could have done it cold turkey

Hello everybody I think we've all smoked cigarettes some point in our life but yet it is an addiction but I've quit and stopped I'm back couldn't stop went back couldn't stop I don't think anybody is perfect but recently stopped at 2 years ago again kind of been smoking real lightly but but everybody's got addiction God bless love and lies to everybody I hope and visit quits stays quitted sweet dreams everybody
