It’s hard but as long as you take your meds everything will be ok. You can’t live in fear all the time. That will put a wedge between you and your partner. To be safe have them to use prep. Set… read more

@A myHIVteam Member, you could go to your local health department weekly if you wanted to get HIV tested.
I'm positive and my partner of 3 years is negative (we always had unprocted sex)
Prior to disclosing to my girlfriend (now my wife) I chose not to disclose until I felt that something would come of the relationship. Up until that point I always used condoms and only agreed not to… read more
I truly believe in the good of people however when it comes to HIV I have my doubts. I contracted HIV by a guy who said when I asked if he was clean and negative he said yes. Well guess what he wasent.of course maybe he never got tested and had no idea he was carrying the virus. When I go on the evil Grindr or the other apps you see many say negative and on prep. Hmmm but how do I believe them. Or they say tested negative in 2023 in there profile.Hmmm what have they been doing since then. Your… read more

Stay undetectable, also know the state laws
News has it that Grindr is being sued in the UK for allegedly sharing users HIV status to third parties. Makes me wonder if that would make people hide there status in there profile because of this which could be a big problem with HIV spreading. Not to mention HIPPA laws being violated .I received this information on Poz magazine website. Is the USA Grindr app next?
Will do
I read that if the undetected person if he continues having sex to positive will turn him to be infectious.
I have bf of 12 years. He is negative and me positive since 80s.
He has never changed from neg to pos and we have lots of sex.
Well it’s been almost one year since my life changed. 4 months not knowing what’s going on an 8 months testing positive and on biktarvy. A lot has changed and while I know that I’m officially positive my question is .the first month I had sex during those 4 months and came down with flu like symptoms I got a rapid antibody test from a clinic which turned out negative. I was so happy I cried. Well that didn’t last long they told me to come back in 2 months and I became positive.my question is… read more
