Do you think your doctor has your best interests in mind. With all the information out there from sites like this and the internet it can be overwhelming and contradicting.

Now that the pharmaceutical companies have found a way to keep us alive for 30+ years with a one a day pill,what’s the incentive for them to come up with another pill. My ID doctor prescribed me this med on the rare occasion when I have sex lol. He said take 2 pills right after sex to prevent other sexually transmitted diseases. He also said it’s good for Lyme disease. However I have no intention of having sex with a tick 🥹. Has anyone used this before? When I found my results online at my patient portal the results had been there for days and my primary care Dr had not tried to contact me once. Ive been so depressed and saddend that I infected my ex , who is only 28, in part because I feel like I might have robbed him about 10 or 20 years of his life because I am assuming his Biktarvi pills will wear on his liver and kidney eventually, shortening his life span by about a decade or so.
