Is Anyone Experiencing Whole Body Fat Keep Losing , Even The Weight Doesn’t Change ?

Have hiv treatment for 11 years ( genvoya for 6 years). Can feel my whole body fat keep decreasing ( particular in face , butt, hands, feet) even though my weight doesn’t change . Anyone experience the similar situation?
