As I sit here drinking this nasty vodka, I have a question. If you have lived through addiction (drugs, alcohol, sex, or any other addiction) or are having a hard time getting through an addiction, 1) what is your advice to people living with an addiction and 2) if you are going through an addiction, what questions would you have for the people that have been through it? 3) How is or how had your addiction affecting/affected your HIV?

I’m going to a wedding on Sunday and probably will have 5 or 6 alcoholic drinks at the event. 2 days later on Tuesday I’m getting my blood drawn to check my blood results it’s been 4 months since my last test.Will the alcohol from Sunday affect my viral load or cd 4 counts results? I know biktarvy does not have any negative interactions with alcohol but just pondering whether alcohol will skew my viral load cd4 count levels on top of my liver enzymes etc. any thoughts?

In your opinion when you look in the mirror comparing yourself before you started HIV medicine and after taking it for a period of time do you feel you looked better before treatment or after when you look in the mirror??

what’s the next step after all regimens have been taken?

I have been in a relationship with a white man ,he used to love me and care for me ,support me in everything I needed from him but I have never slept with him ,he was on his process coming to Uganda to visit me but out of fear I decided to disclose him my status before coming .now as am talking his nolonger communicating with me and he couldn't continue with me because his negative guys am depressed .and I really need to be with some one am tired of being single
