Does Anyone Else Experience Severe Itching Skin On Medication?
A myHIVteam Member asked a question 💭

I've been taking Stribild for 3 years now, and I just can not cope with the unbearable itching skin I experience at night time. It makes me want to rip my skin off? I'm constantly having to stock up on antihistamines to manage the side effects but occasionally I run out and I experience THE most uncomfortable nights, especially when I'm trying to get to sleep.

Anyone Else Suffer From Itchy Skin Since Starting ART Therapy?
A myHIVteam Member asked a question 💭

Hi, since I started on ART therapy (Truvada and Raltegravir) I have suffered from continuous itchy skin that at times can become unbearable and I just want to scratch my skin off. I was switched to Triumeq, but had a hyper-sensitivity reaction so had to go back on Truvada and Raltegravir. This has been going on for a year and a half now, with no answers.

I was put on Fexofenadine and various skin lotions by my GP, which help to reduce the itching - but not completely get rid off it. Even on… read more

A myHIVteam Member asked a question 💭

Caregiving is very much underappreciated. It could be a daunting task depending on each individual situation.
How do you feel taking care of another person or if you are the person being taken care of, how does that make you feel?

Never been good at being a patient. I try. I like to do for others though . I can do my part but I'm no nurse. I think nurses are the best.
