What you do with someone whether it be partner , family member, neighbor , or other who constantly brings down the conversation and it always causes a toxic scene?
Excise them from my life, unless it is my boss. Then I get fired by them because I show them no repect.

As a person with 3 chronic diseases (diabetes, venous insufficiency and HIV), I do not see a promising future in the medium term.

Have you spoken to your doctor about depression? If not, please do. I believe it is the biggest danger to us with HIV. An antidepressant, and or therapy can help.
