Is It OK When We Break And Cry?
A myHIVteam Member asked a question 💭

Few days have been feeling so lonely and just all time lock myself and cry. Do you think it's healthy?

While it is healthy to cry, it may not be conducive or appropriate to cry in certain situations. My solution is to listen to music that will induce emotions so I can vent in private at a time before I have eyes on me. This way I have my game face on when it needs to be w/o the risk of breaking down emotionally.

Crying cleanses the soul so it's ok to cry just not all the time because depression is waiting to set it in and we don't do Depression we are Special people ❤️

I still break down and cry but I'm emotional anyway but God made me so I know I'm a masterpiece by design! In this life you're going to cry and laugh too. What does it matter if you do what you need to do For YOU behind closed doors. Being healthy emotionally and physically is essential. So do what makes you feel whole.
