There are quite a few things I tell others, but I have the hardest time following myself. I literally just told someone yesterday that they have to stop being so hard on themselves and to look at how far they've come, but I'm hypocritical because I definitely don't believe that for myself. I'll admit, I'm extremely, extremely hard on myself and for some reason, refuse to show myself any grace.
What a great question to reflect on! "Be kind to yourself" is probably the advice most people hand out freely but rarely practice — and it's especially relevant when living with HIV.

We all have advices we love to give but if we're honest, few of us follow our own advice.
The truth is that the most common advices we give are often the hardest to live by eg; 1"Just be yourself and don't compare yourself to others" but the one thing we do everyday is scroll and compare.
