How does having control over that one thing change the 'vibe' of your whole day?
This may sound pitifully sad but the one pill today is Biktarvi and giving
thanks for another day.
I have no control over it except the time I chooose
To take it
I'm with you on that Rex. Society influences each other, taking the position that us, or anyone else is "the only one who can..." fails to understand how humanity got to where we are.
Choosing the next right thing I do
I’m very particular about managing my own medications. Thankfully, I no longer take pills for my HIV—yesterday (Friday 5/1) was my first injection. For the first two months, it’ll be monthly, then starting the third month, every two months. My left cheek is sore today, but my right cheek feels fine. I still take all my supplements, heart meds for heart health, prostate pills, heartburn pills, and hypertension pills. I use my HERO device to dispense everything—it tracks my meds and supplements, tells me how many are left, and reminds me three times a day when it’s time to take them at 11 a.m., 3:30 p.m., and 3:30 a.m. This old picture of my HERO shows just how invaluable it is for keeping me on track.
One thing I am in complete control of is my life.
As long as I take meds in a timely manner and eat when I am hungry I shall remain a member of society until ny body decided it " just can't handke any more of this falderal.
