How Much Dairy Is Too Much Dairy?
I like cheese. Eat it a lot. But I'm eating this Sheppards salad for the first time...(Copped: cucumbers, green peppers, red onion; red kidney beans, vinegar, and feta cheese.) They got two like half inch blocks of feta for maybe a 15oz cup of veggies.....ion know about u but I chipped a lil piece off and kept it moving......the flavor is just right with little bit. How ppl eat that much ion know...

A good way to keep cholestorol levels low is to use skimmed milk instead of half fat or full fat milk. And no heavy fat products such as chocolate cheesecake. And no red meat. Its not difficult to do. I still have custard pastries from time to time . Scottish Oats (Porridge) also lowers cholestorol. I know some guys here say eat whatever you like, so they dont care which is absolutely fine to have that view, but no one wants Heart problems later in life

Eat whatever the Fuck u want..if it's delicious and you enjoy it..go for it..it's not what u eat..it's the Quanity!..just don't over eat..the meds have steroids and human growth hormones in it..so just b careful..or u will have a HUGE BELLY!😁😁😁😁
