@A myHIVteam Member. If your immune system is basically intact CD4 > 300, you are not immunocompromised. Vaccination is a good way to pre-empt against infection. The vaccine for HPV is usually recommended for children. Most adults have already been exposed to HPV. It is ubiquitous.
