Members shared how many pills they take daily, with answers ranging from just 1 HIV pill to 30 or more when managing multiple conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, and neuropathy. Several members described how HIV treatment has improved over the years, moving from complex cocktails taken multiple times a day to single daily pills like Biktarvy, Dovato, or Delstrigo, with some even switching to monthly injections. A recurring theme was that managing HIV often means managing other health conditions too, and members encouraged each other to stay consistent, advocate for themselves, and explore what timing or treatment works best for their bodies.

For hiv just 1 pill a day but there’s high blood pressure and cholesterol meds and gabapentin for neuropathy.

A lot better than the cocktails we used to take several years ago four times a day
