I thought this might be interesting to ask. I'm thankful that all of my medications are once a day, and one of them requires me specifically to take it in the morning, so in the morning, I can just take one fist full of pills (drug salad as I call it), and I'm good to go for the day.
I have two ways to alert me that it's time to take my pills. The first is my phone. It starts playing a piece of a parody Nickelback song (How You Remind Me) that says "This is how we'll remind you that you should… read more

I am curious. For me undetectable came to me first test after starting meds, 4 weeks later. (we were actually taking labs with a primary focus on kidney and liver impacts - which were significant right off).
Great that undetectable came quickly, but damn the side effect of ARVs are definitely there.
I set up my pill caddy every sunday. And I have three different alarms set every 15 minutes around 8:00 8:15 and 8:30. That's my window of time to take my meds for myself it works for me mostly but there's some days when I turn the alarm off and completely forget and then I realize it's 10:00 and I haven't taken them
Pill management needs to be what works best for you and your pill schedule. I take 14 different meds (only Biktarvy for HIV) a day plus 2 right at bedtime and a nasal spray. My meds are split between 8 am and 8 pm dosing. I use a weekly pill box that I fill on Monday, that way I know if I will run out that week. I set alarms on my health app on my phone as a reminder. FYI, I'm a 42 years survivor and 70 yo.
Good morning Team
I take my meds at 9pm everyday that way I don’t miss a dose, same time everyday helps me

I get up and make 3 plastic pill cups like we use at the hospital. One for right then and one for lunch and the third for after dinner. Fortunately I have far less medicines than I used to have, with a one pill aday Juluca for HIV at lunch, and BP pill and allergy pill in the morning, cholesterol pill at night. Then all my vitamins and supplements after dinner. At one time I took over 20 a day just for HIV. I'm sure many of you that are older like me can relate.
