I suffer from extreme anxiety as well as depression from my HIV as well. I tend to isolate because I don’t want to bring others down. I worry about money and I still beat myself up over having been so foolish with my life. I loat my job, my marriage and my health and.at 70 age and disease are taking its toll. I try to live one day at a time but there are some days I barely get out of bed. I know others on here have it way worse than i do but have much brighter attitudes and i envy them. There. Don’t you feel better? Anyway, I’ll be your friend for what that’s worth. Try and have a decent day and I’ll talk to you soon. - Jeff from CO.
I want a forever hug too @A myHIVteam Member
Right now I can give you a right now hug. Big hugs!
Same as the two above but I take all kinds of medication for different things always here if you need to talk
Speaking of eating disorders, I have recently found out by trial and error that I am lactose intolerant and also am learning how the foods that I eat affect my mental and physical health. It's pretty amazing what a difference it makes. I firmly believe that good gut health is a major factor in both physical and mental pain.
