A myHIVteam Member asked a question 💭

My triglycerides have shot up to 244 and I'm wondering if I need to switch meds before something serious happens.

Mine shot up but I can't say it is the Biktarvy... After all, we are not spring chicks anymore... So my doctor says...

The whole thing. The increase in weight, high cholesterol and high triglycerides. It started on Genvoya and Truvada. Bictaravy is prolly the same way but I've been intermittent fasting for the last 3 years. So I can't say for sure.
