HIV and stress are not a good combination. When you start getting stressed, what do you do to try and deescalate?
Exercise, spend time with my partner lots of hugs . go for a drive have a coffee watch people, long walks

Undetectable sounds great on paper however we are still like those who don’t have this disease.we can get non hiv health issues that everyone on the planet gets.anyone dealing with medical issues unrelated to hiv that affects them.and does having hiv make it harder to control your other conditions?

I feel like I am reliving the beginning of the HIV epidemic back in the 80's. Lots of feelings from back then come to mind again. The lack of both the Reagan and Trump administration to ignore the science and growing numbers of cases and deaths, thus acting much too late. Now that the pharmaceutical companies have found a way to keep us alive for 30+ years with a one a day pill,what’s the incentive for them to come up with another pill.
