Question: Can anyone direct me to a resource that can help me understand exactly how stress impacts our hiv thus, impacting our health? I'd like to be better informed so I can make better decisions on managing stress and my health.
Think of stress as the gravitation of your body chemistry..You brain changes your body chemistry based on your moods, activity and how much actual resources you have to allow your body to exert itself ...The more Depressed = less likely to be motivated to move..Or over eating will cause severe weight gains..Think based on what you can really do to make you self able to lift the gloom out of your way and make your own mind pivotal in enhancing your mood ..Do worth while self response to actual problems. The more you gain over the problem the lower your stress might become..To make it direct, sustainable, and reasonable the mind will follow the directives you lay out..The more you allow the dark areas of your gloom or or allow your upset guide ideas in your daily life ..the more it has control over your life. Raise you brain chemistry by real world actions or problem solving. Make sure to enhance it by being able see the end result objectively .
Stress is extremely bad for the body and can cause many problems. I have found that meditation is one of the best ways to relieve stress.
