It doesn't react bad with the meds. When I lost a lot of weight, my doc put me on marinol. It's basically a pot pill. No interactions and if i run out if it weed works.

We just had legalized Medical Marijuana here in the state of Florida but sadly that for persons with rare exceptions are able to get Marijuana with the THC still in it and not bread out leaving only the CBD and other parts so Marinol is the only way to assure your going to get the THC to make you hungry but Marinol is not always sure proof as if you take it after eating anything it might not work at all or have a delayed reaction to the effect for several hours to where it is working when you need it not to be. The best way after being on Marinol for 10+ years is to take it on an empty stomach with hot coffee or tea. As to Florida Medical Marijuana there is a moratorium on it right now until the can get the dispensaries licensed and setup and create legislation clarifying who and how much you can get. So far as the law is written and I understand it the only people other than a few exceptions can get Medical Marijuana with THC if they are able to get two doctors to say they have one year of life or less left. Not very fair to those of us that need the THC for hunger and weight gain. The part for the exception for HIV and THC was voted down as the only one that brought up the issue was out only member of state that is gay and sympathetic to the HIV community but all the Republican and a few of the Democrats voted that part as an amendment down and is not an exception.
