I completed my Pfizer series of the Co-vid vaccine about three weeks ago. Wondering if anyone has been fully vaccinated and had any labs done since and had any major variations in their results. May be to early but I am anxious to see how my HIV numbers are as well as my CBC and Renal panel. I am glad I made the decision to go forward with the vaccine. Over the last year my CD4 has dropped from well over 1000 and my percentages at 50% to CD4 of 496 with the percentages remaining the same. I was diagnosed 20 years ago with a CD4 of zero and my VL in the millions. My physician seems unconcerned and actually dismissed my concern when asked about the drop in CD4. Should I NOT be concerned? Or do I have cause for worry!

Just got routine labs: HIV undetectable. CD4 606. Cocci positive. New since Fall 2023. No symptoms that I remember.
