Ive been so depressed and saddend that I infected my ex , who is only 28, in part because I feel like I might have robbed him about 10 or 20 years of his life because I am assuming his Biktarvi pills will wear on his liver and kidney eventually, shortening his life span by about a decade or so. I don't know about other HIV clinics, but my HIV clinic has a cost free, insurance free nutritionalist. They can recommend the best diet for you for your specific condition.
