My HIV specialist put me on a dose of sertraline and I am just curious about what to expect , as I dont usually use antidepressants. In my case I have severe cptsd & social anxiety that ive already been addressing , but feel hopeful this might help me out more.

These are the 2meds I'm on I take them once a day and have been undetectable for years... Any complications or side effects?

I also see a psychiatrist and we talk. Doing so at my discretion helps. Nevertheless I love my life. I’m here now; God has a plan for me and I won’t let this HIV hat weigh me down

Do you have to apply "The New Normal" into everything you do, for example , taking the train, going shopping, going to a restaurant etc.. or have you isolated yourself altogether?
That’s pretty much what I do, except I wear gloves when going out and use the hand sanitizer at home if I don’t wash my hands.
