Just curious..... Do any of you take antidepressants in addition to your HIV meds? If so are there any additional side effects??

Did you know my case management said you do not have to disclose your status if you are undetectable. I'm in California is that's is false and because I spoke up about it I was personally attacked.

Do you suffer from anxiety, depression fear, anger …etc.? Has HIV prompted this or made it worse?
Do you think our primary care physicians and HIV facilities should look into short and long term effects on mental health with HIV infection?
Do you think it should be treated as a serious problem?

My HIV specialist put me on a dose of sertraline and I am just curious about what to expect , as I dont usually use antidepressants. In my case I have severe cptsd & social anxiety that ive already been addressing , but feel hopeful this might help me out more.

With covid-19 ,..now two years strong and this winter storm at its peak, depression and isolation set in.
Or,...... just life in general.
