Great questions! Aloe vera juice isn't specifically flagged as a direct interaction with Biktarvy, but it's always worth checking with your pharmacist or doctor before adding anything new to your routine — even natural supplements. Some herbal products can affect how your body absorbs medications, so it's better to be safe Show Full Answer
Stay away from fried foods n foods that hav high Saturated Fat levels. Cholesterol isn't anything to play with. Gets too high n u cud develop heart issues or worse. Does ur dr hav u on Cholesterol medication? Monthly or Bi Monthly bloodwork to keep a constant check on it? Ur hiv dr can do ur hiv testing along with a CBC, CMP. n other tests to maintain gud health n proper vitamin levels n proper kidney n liver levels. Mine was high at a point n I cut out all junk food, seldom eat fried foods, n cut out sodas n levels went bak to normal n I went from 285lbs down to 190lbs. Eating alot of fried foods n junk foods causes fat to accumulate and store anywhere in ur body it can (pepl develop lipomas) depending on ur body metabolism rate n sodas cause gas n bloating in the stomach. Aloe Vera Juice has cleansing properties n pepl usually drink it to flush ther system so definitely check with ur dr n pharmacist b4 making it a habit to drink it.

I've been vegan for my entire life and it wasn't until I got my HIV diagnosis that my cholesterol started to climb
