Hi! This is a difficult situation, but there are several options that can help you get your medications, even without health insurance or legal immigration status.

Here are some options you can explore:

- Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program: This program offers coverage for people with HIV who are uninsured or have limited insurance, including medications through the ADAP program. It is available to people regardless of their immigration status.

- Patient Assistance Programs (PAPs) from pharmaceutical companies: Many companies that manufacture HIV medications offer direct financial assistance. These are especially helpful if you are undocumented.

- Local health centers: Look for community clinics in your city that offer HIV care. They serve everyone regardless of immigration status and can direct you to other resources.

- Nonprofit organizations: Some organizations, such as GoodDays, can help cover specific treatment costs. If you are concerned about privacy when searching online, use a browser that doesn't save your history and search for specific options in your city or state. You are not alone in this, help is available!

¡Hola!

Absolutely what everyone said and also consider the health department in your local area. You should be able to help you with your medication and I believe that you can also call 211. I pray that you get your medication with our problem and continue to have a healthy life. 😇♥️😇
