You won't get HIV from a hug, a kiss, an handshake, sweating, breathing in the same room, sharing food, or even unprotected sex (as long as the positive person is undetectable). Stigmas are for a-hole's.

The most important truth is that you can live a full, healthy, and meaningful life with HIV. It's not a death sentence anymore.

With consistent antiretroviral therapy (ART), you can live symptom-free and healthy. When you maintain an undetectable viral load for several months, you cannot sexually transmit the virus to anyone else - this is called undetectable equals untransmittable (U=U).

- You're still worthy of love, acceptance, and all the dreams you had before diagnosis
