Hopefully the medication is built up in your system, and it won’t make any difference, but chances are everybody misses a dose from now and then. We’re ok ok don’t make a habit of it though

missing a dose will not hurt you. These drugs are powerful and stay in your system for a couple of days actually. There have been studies where people took them for 4 days, then had 3 days off and it was just as effective as taking a daily pill. So if you miss a day, nothing to worry about. As someone above mentioned, set a daily alarm on your phone. Keep a days worth of meds in your car in case you're not home to take them.
