Hi! I haven't used it for a few years now, but I have to say it helped me a lot when I received my diagnosis. It wasn't the only thing I was doing, though; I was also in therapy and attending other support groups for people with HIV. Medical cannabis specifically helped me sleep by relaxing. I was always on high alert and worried, which caused insomnia. It also helped me relax and manage stress.
Eventually, I stopped using it. It was helpful, but I decided to continue working on sleeping better and managing stress without medication or substances. I hope my answer is helpful.

Hola! Ya no lo uso hace unos años, pero tengo que decir que me ayudó mucho cuando conocí mi diagnóstico. NO era lo único que hacía, pues también estaba en terapia psicológica y otros grupos de apoyo de personas con VIH. El cannabis medicinal me ayudó específicamente a conseguir el sueño relajándome, siempre estaba en estado de alerta y con preocupaciones que me provocaban insomnio. También me ayudó a relajarme y que no me afecte el estrés.
Con el tiempo lo dejé, fue una ayuda, pero decidí seguir trabajando en dormir mejor y manejar el estrés sin medicamentos o sustancias. Espero te ayude en algo mi respuesta.

Sabes a mi me daba un ataque de ansiedad y una necesidad de comer si o si en cualquier momento del día pero me di cuenta que era el medicamento que estaba tomando me estaba afectando cada persona reacciona al medicamento de diferente manera
