What if a cure has been found for HIV and we all no longer have it. Would you go back to barebacking or other risky sexual behavior. Thank goodness U=U because I have been barebacking ever since then. I haven't had any HIV side effects so I can't say anything bad.
I would absolutely use precaution - alcohol and drugs definitely lowered my inhibitions for risky behaviors
I would be .pre cautious and protect myself

Sadly, my young, dumb and full of cum days are behind me, if I was cured, I would not change any of my current safe behaviors
