You should be fine. They make some athletic adults. I've had to cut or minimize a lot of things. Since I started treatment. I've had issues with vomiting or having an over full feeling. It's really irritated on days I eat heavy carbs. The food just sits in my gut and ferments. Until I get sick hours later and I empty a full stomach. Until I learned to watch my diet. I'd vomit until I was hoarse. So far I do well with meats cooked vegetables and fruits and homemade or real store brought sour dough bread. For now, I have to bake my bread and only eat breads and pancakes that I preferment. I watch pasta and cheese combinations. And no more than 2 pieces of cake a day. And you can add pie to the list. I made a delicious blackberry pie last night. And here I am this morning. Bloated. With no room in my stomach to eat til prolly 5PM. And that will be forced. Don't forget it could be neuropathy. So you might need to speak to a nuerologist. https://www.niddk.nih.gov/health-information/di....
@A myHIVteam Member I'm from Fairmont, WV just on the other side of Morgantown. It was Italian. We are known for our peperoni rolls
I don't wear Depend but have digestive issues. I ride a bike every day just to keep that part going the right way. Maybe take back up items on your ride and start slow. I hope you can achieve the goal buddy.
@A myHIVteam Member lets meet in the middle! Lol beautiful country
@A myHIVteam Member Yeah, I hear you. I grew up in Michigan, we always had seasons for strawberries, melons, and apples and I think we appreciated them more being so fresh from the growers. Pittsburgh is having an Italian Festival this weekend and our City Paper did an expose on the history of Italian immigrants to our area and their influence on the food culture, etc. We always grew our own tomatoes and there was nothing like a fresh tomato from your own garden. I'm in a condo now so I do miss my veggie garden. I hope you have a great weekend!
