I agree with you 100% Brooke. I faced my mortality twice in my lifetime and both times was a deep wake-up call to appreciate every second and not waste any of it. Whether it's giving back helping out hosting at this point of my life wherever I can help, I do. Personally I just like to know that going forward, I have done all I've could to.. be the best version of myself. ❤️
I guess I have to list the bucket list, and the tuck it list. Sometimes things jump between the two. Do your best to enjoy life important experiences, sharing time with family and friends.
I used to feel the same. I had this incessant heartbeat that wouldn't stop and I felt that I was missing out on something somewhere somehow. Not anymore though. These last couple of years since I've turned 60 I've had a feeling of ease and peace as to where I am in my life. I believe I'm exactly where I was meant to be. Perhaps in time you too will find the peace that I am speaking of and understand what it means to be... in the moment. 🌈❤️🌞
