I’m very curious about this situation I am in. The question is can I stop taking my injections and go back to pills? I honestly can’t handle the side effects of Cabenuva. Since I have a mental illness. I should not be on the injections, so when I see my doctor next month I will talk to him about the serious side effects of the injections.

That sounds like it would conflict and even worsen your situation. Yes you may want to discuss this with your doctor. They should know better when administering these drugs to patients and go over all your medications before making a decision with you.
@A myHIVteam Member. Dizziness, fatigue, anxiety and depression. Also having sleep issues. Both of the injections and the olanzapine which is for the bipolar has the exact same side effects, except the sleep issues.
I'm studying for my board certification in AIDS nursing, and there's a lot of information regarding switching back from injectables to orals. There's a protocol that your doctor will put you on and it kind of depends on when you had your last injection. It can be done. Hope everything works out well for you. It's not for everybody.
