It's a risk they took. How do you defend it after the fact? I don't think it' should be a criminal case. But I feel they should be able to sue you. How is the other person supposed to know your undetectable if you haven't told them. And not everyone that has HIV is on meds. Telling someone after the fact, cancels your ability to tell them anything about your condition because they prolly don't trust them anymore. What is the other person supposed to do? Just kick rocks? Violence is out of the question. What is a person supposed to do with that anger. They are going to hurt you back. And you gave them the weapon. Depending on what gender you slept with, there so much grape law out there to put you under the jail. It won't be long until you see them used more broadly. No. It is a person’s right to have full disclosure and is against the law not to disclose. Why keep any secrets anyways they come out in the end. I found the easiest just to be upfront with everything.
