It's a risk they took. How do you defend it after the fact? I don't think it' should be a criminal case. But I feel they should be able to sue you. How is the other person supposed to know your undetectable if you haven't told them. And not everyone that has HIV is on meds. Telling someone after the fact, cancels your ability to tell them anything about your condition because they prolly don't trust them anymore. What is the other person supposed to do? Just kick rocks? No. It is a person’s right to have full disclosure and is against the law not to disclose. Why keep any secrets anyways they come out in the end. I found the easiest just to be upfront with everything.
