I know it’s frustrating as all heck having memory problems.

When i was in home hospice I would introduce myself to the nurse every time she came to visit with me.

I took a 2 week trip to Europe I only remember bits and pieces of the vacation.

The same when I went to visit friend in Mexico City and Acapulco.

I keep a diary to help me remember.

I don’t remember everything I did yesterday.

I take melatonin to help me sleep otherwise I’m up all night long.
