If you miss a dose take it the next time you take it, I usually take mine biktarvy at nite after I eat ... I was taking it in the morning but I find that I was tired all the time...

one day will not hurt you.
I took mine every other day for 3 years under a doctor's supervision and stayed undetectable. So in a total of 3 years, I took a total of a year and a half of medication.

Brother. Please dont miss your doses. If its a one off missed dose, then its unlikely to do any harm. If you do it again and again, this gives a chance for the HIV virus to escape and cause eventual treatment failure.
