I don't know about other HIV clinics, but my HIV clinic has a cost free, insurance free nutritionalist. They can recommend the best diet for you for your specific condition.
Simple excercises at home, and eating healthy, eg, spinach, greenpeppers , added to your diet , and avocado on toast , with a slices of tomatoe, sprinkle some black pepper, you stay full for longer and you wont be eating alot after that, its healthy and also good.
Thank you
That's a very personal question because all of our bodies are different you must first evaluate your own fat ratio ... you can work with a nutritionist in your health plan if you have one and then set up a diet you can work with a physical therapist to help you with movement and exercise
