Stay strong in your belief but open up here and talk about it and soak up all the knowledge that you can as it comes. Don’t be embarrassed by the fact that this has happened to us. Friend, I still hope you are well. A few months ago my A1C was 10.9, right now it is 6.5. Put on a glucose monitor. I recommend the free one. 3 That monitor opened my eyes and I now know which things raise my blood sugar and which ones don't. you will see your sugar controlled

Amiga yo igual espero que estés bien hace unos meses tenia el a1c en 10.9 ahora mismo esta en 6.5 ponte un monitor de glucosa te recomiendo el libre 3 ese monitor me abrió los ojos y ya se que cosas me suben el azúcar y cuales no pontelo y veras tu azúcar controlada
