This is not a dating site, but there have been several people who have met on this site, some even getting married!

I believe it just comes down to being respectful of others. Because meeting love interests isn’t the purpose of the site, no one should be making anyone uncomfortable. It’s great to get to know people here, and if it leads to something, then that’s wonderful. Messaging a string of people, blatantly looking for action is not appropriate here. I appreciate the question about dating sites, because that is the best tool for anyone with that as their primary goal. Think about it this way: Would you walk into an in face support group for HIV, and immediately make the rounds hitting on everyone who caught your eye? There’s a difference between flirting and trolling.

Love, cannot be "prohibited" anywhere on the planet. That's the good news!
