As my doctor says HIV won’t kill you but due to the inflammation that it causes more health issues can arise

Well, I don't know, after 22 years carrying the virus, I only know that it is very useful to consult a doctor every 3 months.

The treatments do work
I've taken a few med vacations the difference is. Incredible. I get confused easier. I get depressed my numbers start to drop, however with me personally, I had to change my thinking. About life-and-death. I examined how I got here to this stage in my life. How did I catch hiv? well that was easy. I slept with everyone. My thinking and my faith has been the 2 strongest forces to living with hiv. I don't plan on living forever. In fact, I don't even want to live forever. I'm not fearful of death as a Christian I know there's a better place after this. I'm happier today than I have ever been in my life. With the exception of the weight I'm healthier than I have ever been. God's in control I'm just the co-pilot. That brings me a lot of peace and comfort. Everyone have a great day and weekend 😀.
