There is not one better than the other. It really depends on your body.

Triumeq works best for me. I tried Symtuza but didn't like the side effects, so I switched back to Triumeq. I am considering the injection in the future.

For me, it’s meds that I tolerate well, cause the least number of side effects (regular monitoring essential) and keep my viral load undetectable.

There are many options these days, from once-daily pills to monthly (and even longer-interval) injections, so it’s always good to discuss treatments with a specialist doctor and review regularly.

We’re all individuals with unique reactions and feelings, and we should all feel confident to chat through the options with doctors, to ask them questions, and raise issues as and when they arise.
