When you first got diagnosed with HIV, was you given Isoniazid? Did you have side effects to it?

@A myHIVteam Member Isoniazid isn't an HIV medication. It's for your lungs. I had to be on it until my CD4 got to 200 or above for 6 months.

My first line of treatment was Isoniazid and bactrim. I was allergic to both. Bactrim got changed to Mepron, and Isoniazid didn't get changed at all. The ONLY alternative at that time, I was even MORE allergic to. Now I have feet issues to this day because of it.

ATZ and Bactrim just about killed me , allergic to Bactrim ! Then Norvir and a few others don’t remember what they were !
