Because of the fatigue I've experienced over the years caused by all the meds, caffeine has become a necessary evil to overcome that constant tired feeling. For almost 30 yrs I've had on the regular, 1-2 pots of coffee a day & when i can afford it, an energy drink as well. I've been blessed/lucky to not have had issues as a result. My stomach issues i have had were a direct result of the toxic meds we've all been on & the damage that has caused my digestive tract over the years & that comes directly from my GI guy. Anyhoo, i admit i depend on caffeine to help me have some semlance of "quality of life" & I'm grateful for it.
☕️"Cheers☕️ y'all, & all my best to everyone here on the site!!!🥰
