Scooby720 - I think you misunderstood my question I have been positive for 22 years I live with someone I'm married to for 13 years been together 16 years who is also positive my question was why would someone be out looking to be infected on purpose like you both of us was infected on purpose too I just couldn't understand why the guy wanted to hook up and being infected on purpose I can never do that to someone else especially since it happened to me.

I had a guy here in Belfast ask me to come off my meds so I could infect him needless to say I told him no way

@A myHIVteam Member. Self destructive behaviors come in many forms. You are right to think self worth/ self love, or lack of it, plays a big part. I spent about 20 years trying to destroy myself, but never would have admitted it. I'm lucky to be alive, as are many of us.

Don't do it. It's like a trap. That may end up suing you or use that infection for insurance claiming.
