I used to think that 1 or 2 times a day was a lot, but I just can't get that big muscle out of my hand, sometimes 5 or 6 times a day, including getting up at night 3 times or more to jerk, with climax every time. Quite stiff, fully and always satisfying, but is that excess?

i haven't done it more, but not less either. twice a day everyday since I was about 11. A few times here and there 3 ,4 or 5 times, but usually once in the morning and once at night. No more, no less, no matter what mood I was in.
