None (should be getting them from a healthy diet), except perhaps vitamin D. Everyone, please remember vitamins and minerals supplements can and frequently do come with unwanted side effects. I speak from experience.

Try eating healthy foods that are rich in vitamins. Because most of us are medication‘s bind to vitamins, making them not effective so you need to talk that over with your doctor.

the best way to get your vitamins is through healthy eating. But, if you want to get vitamin supplements, get a daily multivitamin WITH minerals or a daily multivitamin WITH multi-minerals.
The most important ones that deal with HIV the most are vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folate, and vitamin D.

Other important vitamins can be found at this link:

As always, be sure to discuss with your doctor, to be sure there will be no allergy or prescription interactions.
