Which fruit and/or vegetables has high fibre?
Raspberry, Avocado, Apples, Blackberry, Lentil Beans
Blueberries are good for that.... Just don't eat too many of them, as it will make you poop green lol
bananas, spinach, artichokes, when you purchase any food item check the ingredients usually tell you what is in that item blueberries also have value and of course Metamucil everyday is fiber hope this helps and thank Millie too
