Depressed, a introvert, no one to really talk to or be with on a daily basis....or is it just me?
Granted that living with HIV can be a lonely existence but that's no longer the case today. There are millions of people around the world infected with this virus. Now you answered your own question. You are an introvert. Being so you must make the effort to join social groups volunteer become active in your community. If you do not reach out to others why would you expect them to reach out to you. I'm sorry to be so honest but that's the truth ,..you must make the effort.
Your definitely not alone I'm married and I still feel lonely because she's not hiv+ so she doesn't understand me and what I'm going through or how I feel
It sucks being alone. I am sick of pretending.
I'm been lonely too most of the time and hoping that i'll get that woman of my status one day
Lonely, that can also happen when you are also in a relationship. For me I stay busy , working out , walking, reading is good. You could do a home facial spa day , don't focus on being alone so much . Try and look up different community activities to do. and find things that make you happy. I'm here for you .
